I've been hanging out in Canmore this weekend with Shona, and we decided to go on a HIKE! The girls joined us and we started what would be an intense and epic journey STRAIGHT up this mountain...

The rest of us were bored of hiking so we did a sextuplet down dog. Pure talent. Mitch, Britt, Erin, Eve, MP, moi.

Looks like a fantastic fun day out. I loved the down dog, plus the fun feel to the images. I bet it was really loud too!?
