Back in Canada with Ken Read and AMAZING COFFEE!

After 2 days and 3 flights, we finally made it back to Calgary!  After collecting our 23 bags we ran in to Ken Read.... sort of....

He's a poster boy! For fighting prostate cancer!  Between him and the boys Movember Mustaches, the awareness for prostate cancer in Canada seems to be pretty good!

Anyway...
We then drove 3 hours to Panorama, fought some serious jet-lag to get a good nights sleep, and woke up to fresh AMAZING pancakes made by Marcel (a chef that sometimes comes on the road with us)!!  It almost felt like being at home and having an amazing home cooked breakfast....

The rest of our day off mostly revolved around a coffee run to Invermere at my FAVOURITE COFFEE COMAPNY EVER: Kicking Horse Coffee.  We went to the factory where there is a small cafe, and I had the best cappuccino I have ever had in Canada.  It rivals Italian Coffees! SEriously!!

And I thought this quote on the wall was sweet.  I am a serious coffee lover! The Turks know what they are talking about....

We are getting back on snow tomorrow, training on the run where Panorama held a World Cup a few years ago, so it should be some really great skiing in preparation for ASPEN!
